Taking on new projects

We buildSystems

Client portals, dashboards and internal systems for small businesses — and for the agencies whose clients ask for more than a website.

Who you get

The person on the call is the person writing the code.

What we build

Four kinds of system. Nothing else.

Client portals

  • Roles & permissions
  • Document exchange
  • Approvals
  • Notifications

Dashboards

  • Live reporting
  • Role-based views
  • Exports
  • Scheduled email

Internal systems

  • Multi-user
  • Stage tracking
  • Audit trail
  • Spreadsheet replacement

Integrations & AI

  • Data sync
  • Webhooks
  • Extraction
  • Routing

What this is

We build the software
a business actually runs on
not the brochure in front of it.

Portals, dashboards, internal systems and the integrations between them. If it is not one of those, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.

Dealflow — Lead and client pipeline
Lead and client pipeline

Dealflow

Multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access and page-level grants. Invite flows, approval requests, orders, lost-reason tracking, revenue analytics, and cron-driven reminder emails.

Next.js · MongoDB · Clerk · Resend · About a four-week build

DisciplineOS — Daily tracking system
Daily tracking system

DisciplineOS

Structured logging with trend reporting across months, and an API so other tools can write entries into it without a human in the middle.

In daily use

Expense & income tracker — Financial reporting
Financial reporting

Expense & income tracker

Recurring transactions posted on a schedule, category breakdowns, and month-over-month reporting, on Postgres with row-level security.

Supabase · Postgres RLS

Three systems we built, and use every day.

Client projects sit under their own agreements. We can talk through those on a call.

How we work

Four steps. No surprises in the middle.

The failure mode in this industry is silence between the quote and the launch. Every step below exists to remove it.

  1. //01

    Scope

One call, then a written scope. What it does, what it does not do, what it costs, and the date it lands.

  2. //02

    Build

A weekly demo on a real URL. You use it while it is being built, not the week after it is finished.

  3. //03

    Handover

Repo, environment variables, deployment steps and a walkthrough recording. You could hire someone else tomorrow and they would not be stuck.

  4. //04

    Support

A support window after launch. After that, an hourly rate — not a retainer you cannot leave.

The difference

Two ways this usually goes.

Other agencies

  • A quote, then silence till launch
  • The scope grows and the date moves
  • Handover is a zip file
  • Only the builder can change it
  • A retainer you cannot leave
  • AI in the pitch deck
Systems YardSystems Yard — home
  • A working URL from week one
  • Fixed scope, dated milestones
  • Repo, deploy steps, a walkthrough
  • Documented for the next developer
  • A support window, then hourly
  • AI doing a real job in the system

A studio, not a headcount

I lead delivery, and I bring in specialists when a project needs them. No account manager between you and the work.

Anatomy of a build

What four weeks actually buys.

01

Workspaces & roles

Multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access and page-level grants. Every team sees exactly what it should — and nothing else.

02

Invites & approvals

Invite flows and approval requests, so new people join with the right access from day one instead of a shared login.

03

Orders & lost-reason tracking

Orders live next to the pipeline, and when a deal dies the reason is recorded where the next decision can actually use it.

04

Analytics & reminder emails

Revenue analytics on top, and cron-driven reminder emails underneath — the system chases the follow-up so nobody has to remember to.

For agencies

You keep the client. Our name never appears.

Your client asked for a portal, a dashboard or an integration. You do not have to say no, and you do not have to hand them to someone who might keep them.

White-label by default

Your name on the work. Ours nowhere — not in the repo, not in the footer, not in an email to your client.

We talk to you, not your client

Unless you put us in the room, and then we are your team. We do not pitch, we do not swap contact details, we do not follow up afterwards.

A scope you can quote from

Fixed scope and dated milestones before anything is built, so you can put a number in front of your client and stand behind it.

A handover that holds up

Repo, environment variables, deploy steps and a walkthrough recording — written down, so the next developer is never stuck.

The handover was real

We got the repo, the deploy steps and a walkthrough recording. Our own developer picked it up without a single call back.

Sarah

Agency owner

A URL from week one

I was clicking through the portal while it was still being built. No silence, no big reveal at the end — just steady progress I could see.

James

Operations lead

Scope that held

The scope we agreed on the first call is the scope that shipped. The date did not move and neither did the price.

Ayesha

Founder, e-commerce business

White-label, properly

Our client still thinks our in-house team built their dashboard. That is exactly what we paid for.

Daniel

Digital agency director

Spoke our language

No jargon, no upsell. He asked what was broken in the business, then built the thing that fixed it.

Fatima

Clinic administrator

The system just runs

Months in daily use and the reminders, reports and approvals still do their job without anyone touching the code.

Michael

Logistics manager

Honest about limits

He told us half our wishlist was not worth building yet, and quoted only the half that was. You do not forget that.

Hina

Startup co-founder

Our clients stayed ours

We resold the build under our own name, at our own price, and every email went through us. No leaks, no follow-ups behind our back.

Tom

Studio owner

Support without a leash

A fix window after launch, then hourly when we need it. No retainer holding us hostage — which made us trust him more, not less.

Zainab

Retail business owner

The person who codes it

Every call was with the person actually writing the code. Questions got answers on the spot, not "let me check with the team".

Chris

Product manager

Pricing

One number, one date, in writing.

Single system

Taking on projects

Small businesses that need one system built properly.

Fixed quote/ after the scope call

Book the scope call
  • Written scope before any work
  • A date you get in writing
  • Weekly demo on a real URL
  • Repo and docs are yours
  • Support window after launch
  • Hourly rate after — no retainer

Questions

The things people ask before the first call.

I lead delivery, and I bring in specialists when a project needs them. Either way you talk to the person writing the code, not to someone relaying it.

A first usable version is normally four to eight weeks, depending on scope. Dealflow — the pipeline system in the proof section — took about four weeks. You get a date in writing before anything starts.

Every project is quoted after the scope call, because a client portal and a reporting dashboard are not the same job. You get one number and one date, in writing, before any work begins.

Yes, white-label. Your name on the work and ours nowhere. We talk to you rather than your client, unless you put us in the room.

A support window is included. After that it is an hourly rate rather than a retainer you cannot leave. The repo is yours and everything is documented, so you are never locked in.
