I lead delivery, and I bring in specialists when a project needs them. Either way you talk to the person writing the code, not to someone relaying it.

A first usable version is normally four to eight weeks, depending on scope. Dealflow — the pipeline system in the proof section — took about four weeks. You get a date in writing before anything starts.

Every project is quoted after the scope call, because a client portal and a reporting dashboard are not the same job. You get one number and one date, in writing, before any work begins.

Yes, white-label. Your name on the work and ours nowhere. We talk to you rather than your client, unless you put us in the room.

A support window is included. After that it is an hourly rate rather than a retainer you cannot leave. The repo is yours and everything is documented, so you are never locked in.
